Playing in new equal temperaments in Kontakt is easy. What does all of the
work is Kontakt. If you follow the directions here :

you can set up your Kontakt instrument into your desired EDO. To have more
than one instrument in the same EDO simply repeat for the 2nd instrument.
For more than one EDO at the same time simply choose a different EDO with
the second instrument.

Now, to play the two (or more) instruments at the same time set your
controller and the kontakt instrument to the same midi channel. Or - sure
fire simply set all of the Kontakt instruments to OMNI and forget about midi
channels entirely.
