Hey everyone!  Alright, so on this email i'm going to have a list of some upcoming events for the next few weeks.  Next to the event, it'll say how many volunteers are needed, and those will be first come-first serve.  Please just respond to this email saying which event you'd want to volunteer for if you're interested...

Thursday, March 6 - Fill Eggs for Eggstravaganza at the Champaign Park District(4:00pm - ???, won't be more than a few hours)
Volunteers Needed: No limit
This event will basically involve filling eggs for the Kids Eggstravaganza Egg Hunt in a few weeks.

Friday, March 7 - Easter Party (5:00-9:00pm) @ CCYMCA Family & Fitness Center
Volunteers Needed: 2-4
Help set up, work with the kids doing craft projects and help with the Easter egg hunt.

Saturday, March 8 - Stewardship Saturday (1:00-3:00pm) @ Weaver Park
Volunteers needed: A few, but larger groups are welcome
Join one of the these free back to nature experiences and help remove invasive plants, improve trails, plant native trees and flowers, and assist with general clean-up.  This is a great way to learn more about local natural areas while providing some much needed assistance in their care.  Please dress accordingly.  Tools, gloves, instruction, and refreshments will be provided.

Friday, March 21 - CCYMCA Kids Night Out (5:30-10:00pm) @ Mckinley Center
Volunteers Needed: 2-4
Help supervise kids while they play games, go to the gym and swim.  There are usually a lot of fun activities to do at this event and volunteers have really enjoyed this event in the past.


Transportation will be provided to all events.  If you have any questions about any of these volunteer opportunities, please just ask.  Have a good one!
