Hello All!

Can you believe it is late May already? How are you on your way to your
summer time goals. In the grey of winter we all talk ourselves into
believing that the pounds will start to shed in the summer.
Is it happening? Have you ramped up your exercise? Are you enjoying
the first fruits and veggies of the season? Are you doing less winter 
doldrum
type boredom eating?

I recently made my 3rd annual bike vacation extravaganza. Kevin and I
rode to Cape Giradeau MO and (almost all the way) back on our two
wheeled, non motorized vehicles.
