>Dear WEFTies,
>
>The Friday Forum (broadcast Mondays from 6-7pm on WEFT) goes on hiatus
>between the spring and fall semesters. This presents and opportunity for
>you to submit proposals for one-time-only specials and short series. These
>programs can be produced locally by you or you can suggest that the
>Programming Committee air a pre-produced national program or series of
>programs. Or, you may have recorded a local lecture on a timely topic that
>you think WEFT should broadcast. Let us know!
>
>This is a great opportunity for new WEFTies to host a show and for seasoned
>WEFties to try something different.
>
>The following Mondays (6-7pm) are currently available: 11/24, 12/1, 12/8,
>12/15, 12/22, 12/29, 1/5, 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/2.
>
>To submit a proposal, include the following information (or use the general
>proposal form located to the right of the mailboxes):
>
>Your name, address, phone and email address, indicted if you are a WEFT
>airshifter, list any volunteer work you've done for WEFT in the past six
>months, list any shows you now or have hosted at WEFT, name of your proposed
>program, description of program, why WEFT should carry program, and intended
>audience for program. Also indicate if the program will be live in the WEFT
>studio or if it will be pre-taped.
>
>Proposals are due Oct. 29 for the Nov. & December slots, but you may
>propose for later slots then, too.
>
>Please email your proposals to me (spiritofsandra at hotmail.com) or put them
>in the PC Inbox. Thank you!
