[CUWiN-Dev] ARP timeout error during PXE boot

I succeeded the installing (PXE boot) the software on a Soekris 4526
board on last month.
I followed the procedure of CUWiN's document.

But, these day 'APR timeout' error is occurred and I can't install
using PXE boot.

CLIENT MAC ADDR: 00 00 24 C2 46 C8
CLIENT IP: 192.168.1.13  MASK: 255.255.255.0  DHCP IP: 192.168.1.101
GATEWAY IP: 192.168.1.101
PXE-E11: ARP timeout
PXE-E11: ARP timeout
PXE-E38: TFTP cannot open connection
PXE-M0F: Exiting MacPhyter PXE ROM.

When I try to connect TFTP server in another PC,
TFTP server is OK and I can connect.

How can I solve this error ?
