ok. here's what's going on with the copier. we got it from the united way.
it needs a tune up. originally, ian goldberg offered to pay for said tune
up if we would let him do his flyer copying on it. i don't know if that
offer is still on the table.

i got the card of the service rep who united way used. she told me that
she is no longer on the case. gave me the dispatch phone number and told
me to call them.

when i called them, they yelled at me (not an exageration) and told me
that there was no way in hell any customer should ever have gotten the
dispatch number in the first place.

i dislike sales people who are hostile and rude on the phone, so i gave
up. passed the buck to zach, who didn't get around to it for whatever
reasons.

below are all the phone numbers relevant to the copier. i would love to
see it get up and running, but want absolutely nothing to do with it.
ellen, if you want to deal with it, go with god. ;)
