the IMC Climate/Retention group meets every Friday at 7 PM.
*Why the Climate Group Formed
We are all committed to the success of the UCIMC and are concerned
that the UCIMC is not as open and welcoming as it could be. We believe
that confronting issues of organizational dynamics and general
atmosphere are critical to build a truly sustainable organization. We
want to find solutions and strategies that will make the UCIMC a more
diverse, vibrant and healthier organization. In short we want to see
the UCIMC realize it's full potential.
