[Imc-supervisors] AmeriCorps Business Meeting this Thursday at 5:30

I think Danielle's suggestion that Community Connections take the lead on
facilitating exit interviews is a great plan.

Not being a supervisor in the first year, I was someone in a somewhat
neutral position who some Americorps members brought concerns or complaints
to. Americorps workers need some outlet to voice concerns with the program
director or their site supervisor on an ongoing basis, and should have an
exit interview where they are free to say whatever they want and not be
confronted about it. The interviews should include the individual's site
supervisor and anyone else who the Americorp member would like to be there.
Additionally, I think that the Americorps member who is exiting should
choose the person(s) who facilitates the exit interview, in the case that
there are things they'd like to say that having an impartial 3rd party
facilitator would be of benefit.
