[IMC-US] debate on global site

hi everyone,

i don't have time to do a more thorough job responding to the critiques and the threads at this point (thanks evan for the blog entry), but i think one positive step would be to talk to those people in canada and throughout oceania and ask them how it is working for them.  we might learn something and it might help us...as we move forward.
