[Imc] equipment lists

Thanks to all who have emailed me your offers of equipment for the IMC space.
It's interesting to see what everyone want to be rid of :)

I do have one clarification to make.  I am happy to include media production
equipment on my list, but there is another equipment list (updated by
Danielle) that is much, much more comprehensive.  I recommend sending her your
offers of tech-type equipment to make sure that master list is updated.
