Tim,

Thanks for the forward.

For what it's worth neither WILL nor the U of I filed any comments with the 
FCC on LPFM.

For comparison, many other public radio stations did file comments against 
LPFM with the FCC.  And, of course, NPR lobbied heavily and forcefully 
against LPFM, along with the NAB.

I think reserved disinterest and vague benign comments is the about the 
best we can hope for from the public radio establishment.
