[Imc] Reporter needed--arrests

We need someone to go to courtroom F today at 1:30 p.m. and report on a 
hearing for two people who were arrested last night.

I just received a call from Kathryn Matzen, a friend at the School for 
Designing a Society.  She told me that two of our friends, Tim Gibbs and 
Laura Anderson, were arrested "obstructing a police officer" at 12:59 a.m. 
this morning.  They saw a police officer investigating a car with two 
african americans in it, just south of University on Goodwin.  Tim and 
Laura thought they should keep an eye on the police, so they went and stood 
next to the police car and watched.  Apparently, the officer(s) told them 
to stand across the street, and when they refused, they were arrested.

They have a court hearing today at 1:30 in Courtroom F at the county 
courthouse (Main and Elm in Urbana).
