um, i have no idea who did this.

sergei is missing it's color ink cartridge, meaning that there's none in
the printer.  this means the printer won't work.  therefore, the imc does
not have a reliable printer for use until whoever did this replaces the
cartridge.

if the printer begins to run out of ink, please let me know immediately,
so that I can replace it before it runs completely out.  it is not ok
just to take out the cartridge, as that renders the entire printer
useless until it's replaced.  and if you do take it out (for example
thinking that you're gonna run to the store to replace it right then),
don't take the cartridge out, just write down the numbers printed on the
front of it (or write down the printer model numbers on the front of the
machine), and take that paper with you.

if whoever did this can contact asap, then i can show you where we keep
the extra printer cartridges.  i'm thinking it's appropriate that whoever
did this should replace the cartridge, rather than me (even though that
would be easier for those who were wanting to print stuff today).
