[Imc] Help with layout for Carpenters' newsletter?

David Johnson needs newsletter layout assistance.  The current edition of 
his newsletter ("UBC Rank & File", an independent grassroots publication) 
is mostly done, but he needs some final help.  It's laid out using 
Pagemaker 6.5.
