The Librarians Spoke will return in August

SPACE

 

Picket signs need to be stored elsewhere

 

Air Conditioners are working!

 

Middle Room floor may be professionally cleaned with Landlords help

 

Recycling is under control, it accumulates fast!

 

Whenever toilet paper runs low email SPACE at ucimc.org



SHOWS

 

Landlord’s son came down and demanded show end at 10 they negotiated for 11 and ended , one Band arrived late therefore they could not play , they took the Show to Zach’s House and continues.

 

Shows go until 11 during the week and 12 on the weekend

 

The Question is what to consider the boundaries in the IMC where paying attendees intermingle with iMCistas mingle with guests

 

Recommendations include setting up the staffing table where Shows feel comfortable

But do respect IMC Folks.

 

FINANCE

Monday Nights Finance Meeting 

 

IMC Fundraiser SHOW on the 20th

 

The IDEA of Profit Sharing is developing  with the Landlord as a incentive to increase SHOWS and bring in more money for the IMC and the Landlord

 

 

Librarians are needing a desk for use near the bookshelves in the middle room

 

IMC Student Registered Organization at the U of I is encouraged !

 

Website conscerns:

 

DAN “TruPeace” complained that he was being hidden, but he was Spamming many IMC’s  

 

This individual has “trashed” several IMC Newswire with repeptitive posts all over the IMC Network

MEDIATION Proposal will be released Pending Objections from tech and Radio 

 

Sunday July 21st is the cutoff for Spokes to Bring Objection


August 4th will be final passing of Initial Mediation Document and call for Mediators.
