We look forward to having your group join us for this year’s Quad Day event
on Sunday, August 26th.  We have attached to this email a copy of the map
and list for the event that shows the basic of the tables on the Quad.  We
also have a few reminders about the rules and procedures for this year’s
Quad Day:****

** **

*Check in will open at 10am.  *Tables will already be set up at your spaces
by this time.  You will need to have someone from your group sign in at the
large, white tent in the center of the Quad when you arrive.  All groups
must have signed in and reported to their tables by *11:45am*.  At this
time will begin to allocate unclaimed tables to groups on the waiting
list.  ****

** **

*Groups must stay with their tables while distributing information.*  In
order to keep foot-traffic steady and flowing, we do not allow groups or
outside solicitors to “roam” the Quad distributing information.  Also, your
displays cannot encroach on another group’s space or on the walking paths
around the Quad.****

** **

*Beginning this year, *your group is allowed to distribute packaged food
and beverages at your table (such as candy and bottled water).
Non-packaged food cannot be distributed.****

*For groups that would like to distribute handbills* at Quad Day, the
Office of Registered Organizations will be offering a special rate next
week for 1000 handbills (printed 4 to a page).  You can get 1000 handbills
for only $8 (almost $10 off the regular price) if you submit your order,
with artwork, to iurso at illinois.edu by Thursday, August 23rd at 5pm.  All
orders will have to be picked up by Friday, August 24th at 5pm.****
