[Imcamericorps] [Imc-bookkeeper] IMC PHONE USAGE

Yeah this is a problem  Just let folks know (both those calling and
receiving phone calls) that we cannot accept or allow personal calls for
anyone, no matter what their involvement with the IMC.  If we do it for one
person, we have no grounds not to do it for anyone (and everyone) else.
 Plus, we are 10 people sharing one phone line (which is also the fax line,
I think).  Tying it up for personal use just isn't an option.

I am happy to mention this to Chris Evans or Derrick, but you all should
feel free to say no and tell them to talk to me or Joy if they want to know
why.

Sorry to sound so unsympathetic, but I have witnessed a lot of people
abusing this resource, not just those mentioned here.  Before long they
expect that they should have free and unlimited access to the IMC's phone
and get angry when they don't.  It's easier to just be clear about the
policy all along.
