[rfu-automation] Fwd: RFU post from dan.radio@yahoo.com requires approval

This seems to fall between membership and automation. I'm not sure  
that this content is something we would want to add to part of  
automation, but perhaps the Automation group could think about it. It  
doesn't seem to be public affairs (it's arts/culture/entertainment  
news, I think).

Perhaps automation could look at this on Saturday, and someone could  
take responsibility for responding?
