[rfu-automation] mirror audio PSA's on website?

I'm thinking about one consolidated list of PSA's of both types with their
add/drop dates, so there's only one place to check.  Someone would still
have to go onto Jimbo; I don't know of a way to do it with links, though
that would be cool... `jacob
