[Rfu-station] Use of RFU-Station

I've redirected several messages originally sent to the RFU-Station list 
this morning to RFU at ucimc.org or to RFU-Tech at ucimc.org

Please send messages to announce your announcements of shows you will 
miss or not otherwise be able to do to RFU at ucimc.org

Please send other messages to the relevant RFU list.

The RFU-station list is pretty much reserved for official station 
announcements in order to keep it a low-traffic list and avoid anyone 
from being tempted to unsubscribe from RFU-station, which they must stay 
on to keep their programming group compliant.
