NEWS

- Chillax got off to a good start on Sunday night with Belly Bel, and
Substr8... up next Sunday (the 25th) we'll see Bozak, Mertz and Hipgnosis
taking turns on the decks. There is no cover, $4 bombs, $2 wells and $1
Miller Highlife Drafts.

- Champaign's former hip hop DJ don turned Bay Area conqueror, DJ Spinnerty
returns to his hometown for a special set at Boltini on Friday night.
Spinnerty will be dropping funk, disco and other goodies to make you shake.
Mertz will be providing opening support, spinning a special disco and funk
set. No cover at Boltini!
- Bozak is spinning a party for Pulse Magazine on Wednesday night at
Boltini. Get some extra shaking in to work off some calories before
Thanksgiving.

- Mertz wants to send a thanks out to everyone that came out to his CD
release party last Friday at Boltini. If you weren't there to pick up a
copy, you can pick one up at any of Mertz's gigs or at Exile On Main St.

- New audio on www.217mafia.com this week is a two hour, twenty two track
bonus mix from Mertz to accompany his new CD, "Back In The Box." Also be
sure to check out 217mafia.com this week for the digital download versions
of the Electronic Undercurrents mixes that were available at IMCfest.
