[Commotion-admin] [commotion-client] Network-Viz Module (#6)

This module will get the currently running network mesh-protocol type and then if it has a visualizer for that routing protocol type it will load it. 

When started the visualizers will query for the data they need from the commotion-controller and then visualize it. 

The first olsr protocol-type will follow the UI/UX design created during the February UI/UX push led by @georgiamoon @critzo .
