[CMI-CM] bike tire pump degradation

hello       i'm interested in hearing bikers views on the general state of
airing your tires, particularly in Urbana with the charging for poor quality
airing.     handpumping is not realistic for 80 lb inflations.


             i'm interested in the views of the biker community because i'm
interested in setting up a community bike air facility.   all that is
required is a compressor in an appropriate location both of which i am able
to work out.  i am interested in talking to interested parties
