C-U Smokefree,

Here is an agenda for tonight's meeting.  As usual, I'm open to changes,
additions, or deletions, just let me know.

In the interest of everyone's time, we're going to a more structured and
less "chatty" meeting format.  I think we all know why we're here and
we're all deeply committed to the cause.  Let's save our energies for
convincing others...

To that end, you'll notice:

We'll do away with general introductions, except for new members.
We'll stick to items on the agenda and have far less open-ended
discussions.
You will notice that there is a place on the agenda for "Strategic
Brainstorming" which will be a more open-ended discussion but we will
keep it short, postponing it for next meeting if time runs short.

Also, I've added committee "breakout" time to this meeting.  It's not my
intention that this be a regular feature, but I think it's necessary at
this point.  At tonight's meeting, these breakouts will be "open" in the
sense that any member should feel free to sit in on any committee they
choose, regardless of "official" assignments.  For now, the committees
are the Organizational Planning Committee and Smokefree Education
Committee.  If we get any volunteers, we should have a Fundraising
Committee breakout as well. Committees should schedule their own
interim, face-to-face meetings before the next full meeting and plan on
reporting out.
