[C-U Smokefree] SB2465 - smoke free dorms & resident halls

Yesterday, SB2465, which would require all dormitories and residence
halls at public & private schools in Illinois to be smoke free, passed
the House.  It will now be sent to the Governor for his consideration.
This bill was not only designed to protect our college kids in Illinois
from secondhand smoke, but also to protect them from fires.  Cigarettes
are the number one cause of dormitory fires.  Please check to see how
your state representative voted.
