[Cu-wireless] World Wide War Drive Starts Today (26 October, 2002)

This story at cryptonomicon.net is reporting that the
World Wide War Drive starts today (the 26th of
October, 2002.) The goal of the war drive is to
collect statistics to see how many WiFi users are
changing their SSIDs or using WEP. They've even posted
a list of ethics, discouraging things like bad
driving, stealing people's personal information, or
trying to intercept eCommerce transactions.
