Hi all,

I suspect that we'll be getting more and more requests to host nodes over
the next year.  Somehow we need a better way to coordinate these requests,
archive them, etc.  Is someone willing to look into a way to both accept
new requests, track them, etc.

Ideally someone would take on the role of "new node coordinator",
