 Let me know if you have any crazy ideas. 

 For example...

 Configure the router to turn up as an access point but it doesn't
 access the internet. Someone connects, opens a browser, they
 get a webpage served from the USB drive. It has a "listen now"
 link which serves up an icecast stream also from the USB drive. 

 In essence, it's a pirate radio station, except it broadcasts on wifi,
 and the listener's receiver also transmits to the station. Listeners
 could then upload mp3s to automatically enter into the playlist.
 And the FCC? You don't need a license to operate a wifi router.

 Don't know if feasible on the processing power of a router alone.
 One downside would be that listeners would have tied up their
 wireless and couldn't use it to otherwise connect to the internet.
