[Imc-newsroom] update web front page

I must have misunderstood something.  I was only suggesting that the three
of us (and anyone else who wants to do work on it) have control over the
*design* and *programming* of the site NOT the content of the center
panel.  no, asking the 4 of us to make major content decisions like that
is not a legit request.

sorry for the confusion.

to tell you the truth, I was just trying to avoid 3 hour conversations
about the color of the page.  ugh.
