[Imc-radio] Radio News meeting tonight

I can volunteer to be a backup spoke to show up at important meetings
that Danielle can't make it to if that makes sense. I don't intend to
come to steering on a regular basis though so if someone else who can
show up weekly wants to be spoke then they should do it.
