This makes a lot of sense.  I wonder if it would be possible to also have
a button (or the like) to post to the main website when uploading media to
the subsite -- perhaps something like the "of local interest" button that
currently exists.  My concern is that if people have to upload in two
places, they never will, and that people reading the main site won't have
access to the work that the radio group is putting together.
