[Imc-radio] FSRN story:

[Sascha Meinrath]

anyone interested in making a pitch to FSRN about our shutdown?  clint has
offered to provide technical assistance, but does anyone want to produce
it? it would probably be a _huge_ boon to the capital campaign if done
well.

No one volunteered to produce this story.  If someone central to
imc-emergency wants to produce it, I can provide technical assistance.
