[Imc-radio] rosa cleanup

I just cleaned up Rosa. I ran a virus scan (and found nothing). I
removed a few pieces of crufty software.

Rosa's C drive was filled up so I did the following things:

Moved a lot of cruft from the root of the C drive into E:\Crap from C

Moved audio files from user "clemenzi"'s desktop to E:\My Documents\Ariel

Removed various installer files and other cruft laying around the C drive.

I ran disk cleanup on drive C. 

I may do a few more things too but these are the things that may be
noticed by users.
