[Imc-radio] couple of things

Chris has told me that strip programming only can be aired one month at 
a time then it looses it's time.  I don't know if that means that if no 
one else applies for that time it is still capable of being used for 
the strip or if you can just repurpose the strip.  I could talk with 
Chris about this Thursday when I drop off this week's IMC program.
