I suggest talking with Sehvilla (and Michael) about the circumstances so
that we are clear exactly what transpired.

I think we do need to go ahead with some sort of more bureaucratic
approach to this in general, because it causes too much trouble for this
to be repeated so often. Making the Equipment Closet a "No Lone Zone"
i.e. TWO people have to be involved in checking equipment out, will go a
long way to remedy the situation. I realize this may be inconvenient for
some, but we can't simply let this continue without a better way of
assigning responsibility for equipment use (and misuse.) Locking it up
may be our only solution.
