[Imc-tech] imc gateway misbehavior

I guess it looks like rcS.d is run before rc2.d when entering multi
user mode. So the links are all good.

Perhaps the proper modules are not getting loaded by the time the
networking script runs. I'll try to look into this over at the IMC at
some point.
