[IMC-Tech] Correction - IMC Steering Meeting is August 17 th at 8 PM

Correction: the next IMC Steering meeting when we can discuss public  
access terminals is Thursday, August 17th at 8 PM.  Rick, Dan, and  
others - I hope you can make it.  - Danielle
