CAA rents the woodshop as part of their lease and this space will be
extremely dusty for computer equipment anyway.

I would suggest we build/acquire shelving in the maintenance/boiler room 
area since we have an increasing need for storage as we rent out spaces.

Thanks to Bob for cleaning out the upstairs tool room and Daniel for 
helping out with tech!
