Dan,

(wearing my IMC hat)

In return for free server space, I think OJC should agree in writing  
to pay for:

- Re-keying the locks on all 3 inspector doors to that gallery.
- A fan for increased ventilation, if we find it is needed with more  
servers in the space.
- Any electrical upgrades needed.

It should be made clear that OJC may not use this space for storage  
without additional approval from the IMC.

Who has access to the space should also be clear since OJC has raised  
lots of concerns about security and I prefer to have clarity of  
policy rather than being the one everyone bitches to.

In terms of the length of this agreement, please tell the list how  
much it would cost OJC to rent server space of the size they are  
requesting?
