[IMC-Tech] can't publish

Just as a followup, this is at least the fourth report of what seems to 
be a growing problem. I suspect a database error. It's happened to me, 
too. I get no error messages, just a blank screen after trying to publish.

Dada is like the dodo; it is desperately seeking extinction because of 
its failure to behave in a manner which ensures its survival. So we can 
all hope this goes away, along with a lot of other problems, as soon as 
it can.
