On the subject of the RFU public files in the file cabinets in the
vault, it's more than just security that is needed. These files also
need to be readily accessible. In case of a FCC inspection, or even just
a request from a member of the public, the files need to be accessed so
that the DJ on air can present them for review.

Since we also need to maintain a secure area for the files so they can't
be tampered with, keeping them in the production room is the best way to
make them securely accessible. Other suggestions on what to do with them
are welcome, but needs to have the same goal of making them securely
accessible.
