[UCIMC-Tech] production room cleanup

Hey guys,
I can't make it to the tech meeting on Tuesday, but really, shouldn't we be
discussing this at the steering meeting since it involves multiple groups?
The production vault is to be run by a completely separate group from tech,
wrfu, and shows. This group isn't really active right now, since no one
except maybe Dan is officially "in" the production group. Until this group
is created I think it would be good to have all the discussions concerning
the space at steering meetings, especially since that is where all of the
work started, when I presented to steering my idea of cleaning out the vault
to create an isolation recording room. Without a group to take
responsibility for the space I think we should make all decisions concerning
the space at the steering meetings (which each group should be represented
at, anyway).

What do you guys think?

-Tommy
