 I just came home from BtP (Saturday, 1:50), and the system is down again
and apparently has been all day. When we get into the BtP data base, the
following message appears on the screen: "Address Not Found. Firefox can't
find the server @www . . . " This is really a problem when we have no
functioning computers.

Hi Deb,
This week internet was out on Tuesday and Wednesday through the fault of
comcast.  I alerted Josh to the problem on Tuesday morning and he was
working with comcast for two days to get this straightened out.  Did you
have problems after Wednesday?

We are looking into switching IMC internet services to volo because of all
the problems we've recently had with our comcast services.
