[UCIMC-Tech] [Imc-bookkeeper] Finance computer state

Chris,

Carol has a functioning computer, so we can continue that less pressing
discussion in person. Can you come to finance on Thursday?

I will return to work when the finance computer has been restored with QB,
Word and Excel. Here are the most pressing deadlines that I'm aware of...

--Payroll taxes were due Thursday, the 15th, but we were unable to pay them
since the computer went down. Hopefully our hardship will cause them to
waive any fines and penalties.
--The PER is due on Tuesday, the 20th. Jason is out of town but should be
able to get the amounts to Carol since he has the QB backup.
--Payroll is due Thursday so we need to be able to print checks from QB by
then.

Brian, once we have the all clear (or not) from finance, if Tech Soup won't
bill us, please submit the receipts and we will reimburse you.

What is the $1000 donation in the AC grant budget from Acorn for 2
workstations earmarked for? Is that hardware only? Public access only?

Joy
