[UCIMC-Tech] [Imc-bookkeeper] bookkeeper responsibilities

I think we should make a general login for finance group.  So the logins
would be:
treasurer
bookkeeper
finance

We should discuss the admin login because our new treasurer isn't around
much and we need the admin to make new accounts and changes.
