[UCIMC-Tech] [RFU] RFU Website

Joe,
I'm at home, using Earthlink DSL on the AT&T POTS. Still showing open 
DNS here.

I only noted this because when similar outages occurred in the past, it 
typically took down both RFU and IMC -- and IMC has not had a problem today.
