[UCIMC-Tech] [Imc-bookkeeper] telephone in b2p workroom not working

I've taken an initial look at the phone situation and done a little tracing
and testing. There's a bit more to be done, though. I suspect the issue may
be with wiring near the south basement door being tampered with.

I'll be doing a bit more research into Comcast voice and hope to work more
on this Saturday.

Help, please.

The telephone in the interior workspace for b2p doesn't work.  (It did in
the past.)  Leon looked at it but hasn't identified the problem.

B2p regards having an operating phone in this space as a security issue.
What do we do next to identify and fix the problem?
