Hi Sally,

No, you're doing everything fine. QuickBooks is not and shouldn't be
installed on your laptop. QuickBooks is only installed on the IMC
Finance computer, the one that you sit down in front of at the IMC.

QuickBooks is not what enables remote access. Remote access is what
enables you to use the copy of QuickBooks on the IMC Finance computer.
In order to use QuickBooks on the IMC Finance computer, you have to
follow the remote access procedure I showed you on your laptop.

How's it going with that? Have you been able to log in remotely from home?
