[UCIMC-Tech] public access computers

Chris et. al.,

Almost every day we are having people come in and use the computers,
turning up the sound loudly. We keep asking them to turn it down or turn
off the sound. But the quiet is short-lasting.

I know we previously talked about disabling sound on them.

Is that still an option?
