[UCIMC-Tech] Phone Ringer Flasher Cross-Wired

Today some work was done on the WRFU phone line, and most issues should be
resolved, with the exception of the phone flasher.

The existing phone flasher and splitter was configured using a DSL splitter
of some sort, I believe intended to handle both lines. When the WRFU line
was called, the phone itself rang. When the IMC line was dialed, the
flasher flashed.

To alleviate this issue, we have ordered a more in-line phone flasher which
I'll install early next week. The phone is currently patched into the board
as well, so if someone can confirm that the WRFU line feeds properly into
the board as currently connected, that would be awesome.

Additionally, I've removed some extra phone cables under the desk and
cleaned things up a bit. Please also note that we will also be removing the
openWRFU access point soon, after ensuring that wifi access in the lobby
and studio area are covered by the now building-wide standard openUCIMC
network.
